Digital Products

All products sold on FixGuru are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files can be downloaded and retained after purchase, all sales are generally final and we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Refunds

A refund may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.

• You did not receive the purchased digital file due to a technical issue on our side.

• The file is damaged or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

• Expecting a physical product instead of a digital download.

• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after accessing or downloading the content.

• Lack of compatibility with your device when standard PDF-reading software is available.
